gpoutdoors.ca is an online platform provided by G.P. Consulting (“GPC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) that provides retail products to consumers.

When you make a payment through the Service, we will collect your credit card, debit card or banking information and other financial data in order to process the payment. Your information is processed through a merchant services provider named Stripe. Stripe’s terms of service and policy information is available at www.stripe.ca. GPC does not retain your credit, debit or banking information.
When you use the Service, we may collect information of third-parties that you provide to us or authorize us to collect, including the personal information of your friends or colleagues (“Third-Party Data”). You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent for the collection and use of Third-Party Data and for the disclosure of this data to us.
Log and Website Information
When you access and use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information about your visit, including the date, time, browser type, your internet service provider, your IP address, device information (including device identifiers), geo-location information, computer and network performance data, the URL that you are coming from and your navigation history in order to customize and personalize your experience on the Service, improve our Service and for statistical research purposes.

- Retaining Your Information
If you want us to permanently delete your personal information from our servers, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ensure your information is deleted in a reasonable time after receiving that request.
So long as your Account remains active, we will preserve your personal information.
We will retain any and all personal information that we are required to retain under any applicable laws for the full duration of time required under those laws. We may also retain any anonymized and de-identified information and continue to use this information in accordance with this Policy.
- Keeping Your Information Secure
Your personal information will be protected by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. We will store your information on industry standard servers that we have selected. The servers we select to store information engage security software and generally accepted standards to protect personal information.
There is no guarantee against data breaches. However, we have taken reasonable measures to prevent a breach. In the event of a data breach, we will notify users at the first reasonable opportunity of the breach.
We use “cookies” to collect information and improve the Service. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer or mobile device.
